Project Planning At Securix
Site Visit
- Identify all area for Fire Protection System.
- Visit all areas from execution point of view.
- Gather as much info related to site, tank capacity, supports, civil scope.
- Connect with relevant responsible end user department and understand the needs.
- Obtain Provisional NOC & Layout Drawings for further working.
Designing & BOQ
- Design all system Hydrant, Pump House, Sprinkler & Detection System.
- Drawing & Designing as per NBC & NFPA Norms.
- Selection of line sizes, pumps, valves considering expansion.
- Preparation of detailed BOQ with Specification of material and make list.
Technical Discussion
- Arranging meetings with end user & technical team for detailed scope of work, materials & Design.
- Discussion with Finance team for commercial & PO Terms.
Project Execution
- Assign dedicated Project Manager for Execution.
- Mobilization of Installation team & Materials.
- Conduct periodic quality assurance checks to ensure the product meets user expectations.
- Develop a detailed project plan including schedule, deliverables, tasks etc.
Closure
- After completion of project arrange for training, handover and testing of complete system.
- Document final project report and archive project documentation for future reference.
- Prepare file for applying for Final Fire NOC, arranging visit of Government Officials & Obtaining Final NOC.
